Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across processes.
• Lead efforts to reactivate dormant accounts and open new accounts to drive business growth.
• Explore and develop opportunities within HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) channels and e-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Coordinate daily activities across the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, communicating clearly and professionally.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution across sales, logistics, and administrative functions as needed.
• Maintain organized records and reporting to keep operations transparent and on track.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (college graduate) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution.
• Proven experience in reactivating dormant accounts and/or opening new accounts.
• Familiarity with HORECA channels or e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino/Taglish.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and coordinate.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable and adaptable working in a lean, fast-moving small business environment.
