Operations Manager

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise clinic staff, including Clinic Managers, Receptionists, Aestheticians, Nurses, and other support personnel.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and service quality standards.
• Ensure achievement of clinic sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplies, equipment maintenance, and stock movements to prevent shortages and losses.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and company requirements.
• Conduct regular clinic audits and inspections to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Analyze operational and sales reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead staff training, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure proper scheduling and manpower allocation to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational, sales, inventory, and performance reports to Management.

Pay: Php49,999.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
