Operations Manager

• HSE, Maintenance, Projects, Commercial & Operations Compliance will be the core responsibility.
• Lead, develop and implement Operations Support strategy in all areas of responsibility ensuring alignment with Sunrise Group’s overall strategic direction.
• Direct and optimize daily terminal operations in accordance with relevant procedures and UAE legislation while delivering impeccable HSSE performance.
• Drive sustainability initiatives for QHSE and oversee implementation of social audits (SEDEX).
• Control stock loss within limits during vessel discharge.
• Coordinate with HFZA related work in Engineering/Environment.
• Lead projects within the terminal.
• Handle terminal, insurance, port documentation timely and accurately.
• Manage compliance matters with HFZ, port authority, customs, and external authorities timely.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage terminal operations, ensuring operational excellence, HSSE compliance, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of terminal facilities.
