Celeb Laser & Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a smart, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium aesthetics clinic.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic.
• Supervise staff, schedules, attendance and workplace conduct.
• Ensure excellent client service and smooth client flow.
• Manage clinic documentation, records, reports and administrative systems.
• Monitor stock, supplies and clinic equipment.
• Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene and operational standards.
• Handle client complaints and staff issues professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers and external service providers.
• Identify operational problems and take initiative to resolve them

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations/management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisation and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Mature, firm, confidential and highly professional.

Remuneration: NGN 225,000 - 325,000 Monthly
