Operations Manager

A growing lifestyle and wellness group spanning Fitness & Training, Wellness & Recovery, Management & Consultancy, Property & Site Management, and F&B is growing its pickleball business.

Requirements:

1. Operational Strategy & Systems Design – Develop and implement cross-brand operational strategies, SOPs, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth.

2. Organisational Leadership & People Development – Lead, develop, and manage operations teams, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

3. Cross-Brand Operations & Member Experience – Oversee daily operations, facility performance, customer service standards, complaint resolution, and member engagement across all brands.

4. Facility, Infrastructure & Asset Management – Ensure facilities, courts, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety and quality standards through preventive maintenance, inventory control, and vendor management.

5. Events Planning & Execution – Lead end-to-end event operations, coordinating logistics, staffing, vendors, equipment, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
