What they need

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Proven experience managing multiple operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service excellence standards, SOP implementation, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, revenue optimization, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Thorough understanding of DOLE regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), food safety and sanitation practices, and local government compliance applicable to hotel operations.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and hotel management software.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and guest-focused service.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Capable of handling guest concerns, operational emergencies, and high-pressure situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
Maintains a professional appearance and upholds the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and hospitality.
