Operations Manager

A growing, locally owned field-service company in the Huntington/Tri-State area is seeking a motivated, highly organized Operations Manager to join our team and play an important role in our continued growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, solving problems, working with people, and seeing measurable results from their work.

The right candidate will work closely with ownership and an established team to help oversee daily operations, keep work moving efficiently, support field and office personnel, and contribute to the continued expansion of the company.

Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating daily operations and service workflow Supporting scheduling and field operations Managing parts and vendor coordination Supporting warranty and service administration Monitoring open work and customer follow-up Supporting team accountability and communication Resolving routine operational and customer issues Assisting with recruiting and company growth Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting

Industry-specific experience is not required. We are more interested in strong operational experience, problem-solving ability, initiative, organization, and follow-through.

Experience in management, field service, dispatch, logistics, automotive service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, property management, construction, medical-office operations, or another fast-paced service environment is a plus.

This position begins at approximately 30 hours per week with a flexible hybrid work arrangement in the Huntington area.
