We are looking for a motivated( fresh graduates with marketing specialisation) Operation Manager to support daily operations and help achieve company goals.The role involves coordinating with team, assisting in planning and execution of tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth work flow.

• Assist the manager in daily operations and decision-making
• Supervise and guide team members
• Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor work progress and report to management
• Help achieve sales and performance target

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage a team

Basic knowledge of MS office
