What You'll Be Doing

Run day-to-day operations for a team of 40–60+ drivers hitting routes across the region
Own the numbers — on-time delivery, route completion, attendance, safety scores, and customer feedback
Build and lead a strong floor team: dispatchers, shift leads, and delivery associates
Create staffing plans and scheduling strategies that keep every route covered, every day
Keep the fleet moving — coordinate maintenance, inspections, registrations, and tackle damage before it becomes downtime
Spot safety issues before they become incidents; build a crew that looks out for one another
Dig into Excel dashboards and reporting tools to find inefficiencies and fix them
Be the decision-maker on shift — own the problems, deliver the solutions

What You Bring

2+ years running teams in logistics, transportation, moving, warehousing, or a similar field
A track record of holding people accountable while keeping morale high
Comfort managing hourly workers in a fast-moving, high-volume setting
Solid computer skills — Excel, Outlook, and operations reporting tools
Hands-on mindset with a basic understanding of vehicles and fleet upkeep
Background in DSP, moving, trucking, or courier operations is a real advantage
Degree is welcome but your experience speaks louder
