Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and employee orientation to build a cohesive team aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruiting efforts by conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and selecting top talent for various roles.
• Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain inventory control through stock monitoring, purchasing decisions, merchandising, and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.
• Foster excellent customer service by coaching staff on communication skills, phone etiquette, and retail sales techniques.
• Manage store budgets, perform basic math calculations for sales analysis, and oversee cash flow activities including cashiering duties.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing needs and manage inventory replenishment to meet customer demand.
• Lead shift management efforts ensuring smooth store operations during peak hours while supervising team members’ performance.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the retail industry or similar environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales processes including POS systems, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development practices.
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and basic math skills for financial accuracy.
• Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus; experience in retail store product knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across various operational functions.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, supervision experience, and managerial communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer service issues professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and operational management tools such as POS systems is essential.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
