What they need
Renforce Manufacturing are looking for an Operations Manager to run the business with full P & L responsibility.
Experienced in selling to the Construction Industry, pro-active, growth-oriented team player with the commitment to motivate a close team of ten employees.
Site-wide responsibilities include H & S, Production and Sales and a willingness to travel within the U.K. to develop customers required.
Would suit an entrepreneurial individual who wants the challenge and satisfaction of running a business as if it were their own.
Relevant experience in construction and/or steel essential.
