WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our plumbing company and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Requirements

• Plumbing industry experience is essential
• Proven experience in an operations, management, or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing services, installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Ability to manage teams, technicians, schedules, and daily workloads
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage clients and resolve operational issues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plumbing operations and field teams
• Schedule and coordinate jobs and technicians
• Monitor job progress, quality, and turnaround times
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensure teams have the necessary tools and materials
• Assist with quoting, job costing, and operational planning
• Monitor productivity and performance
• Ensure health, safety, and company procedures are followed
