We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise our operational and administrative functions while supporting the delivery of exceptional customer outcomes.

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, improving business processes, and ensuring the business continues to deliver industry-leading service standards.

About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities across the business while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience and profitability. You will work closely with service, sales and finance teams to ensure seamless operations, strong customer engagement and effective resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations across service administration and customer support functions.
• Drive a customer-focused approach with proactive service delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance and efficiency through the analysis of key metrics, identifying risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures to support business growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor and develop operational staff, including recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and department managers to align operational objectives with strategic business goals.

About you

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business administration or a similar leadership role, with proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational outcomes.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, team development and employee engagement.
• Commercial acumen and sound decision-making ability, balancing customer outcomes with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience in reporting, process improvement and managing multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused, proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
