Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's soon to open Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in restaurant operations or strong knowledge of food and beverage management, including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, food safety, and cost management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2–3 years of experience managing restaurant or food and beverage operations.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and cost control.

• Experience with Japanese cuisine or Japanese restaurant operations is an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City and on weekends or holidays when required.
