Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and Purchase Orders. Candidates with textile industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Handle inventory, stock management, and material movement.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, POs, and warehouse activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and utilization of warehouse materials.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations/Warehouse Management.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory handling.
• Experience with Purchase Orders (POs) is preferred.
• Textile industry experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of stock records and warehouse documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
