Operations Manager

Brand Waves Advertising LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the signage and advertising industry to manage and streamline our complete operational workflow from confirmed order through production, installation and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of projects after confirmed order/sales handover.

* Prepare and maintain project execution schedules and commitment dates.

* Coordinate between Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, Projects and Installation teams.

* Ensure drawings and material approvals are completed according to schedule.

* Plan production based on priorities, available manpower and machine capacity.

* Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available before scheduled production.

* Monitor fabrication, printing, signage assembly, electrical/LED works and finishing.

* Plan installation teams, vehicles, access equipment, cranes/boom lifts and subcontractors.

* Coordinate site surveys, site readiness, permits and access requirements.

* Monitor daily project progress and identify potential delays in advance.

* Ensure production and installation are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

* Control quality, rework, material wastage and operational costs.

* Manage snagging, maintenance and rectification works.

* Ensure proper documentation from project handover through completion.

* Conduct regular operational meetings and follow up on pending actions.

* Maintain daily/weekly project trackers and management reports.

* Ensure client commitment dates are achieved.

* Coordinate final project completion and handover.

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have 5–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE signage industry.

Strong practical knowledge is expected in areas such as 3D/channel letters, illuminated signage, LED modules and electrical components, acrylic fabrication, aluminium and stainless-steel fabrication, ACP works, digital printing and graphics, wayfinding/directional signage, structural signage, shopfront/retail signage and site installation.

The candidate should also have strong experience in production planning, project scheduling, procurement coordination, manpower planning, installation management, quality control and subcontractor coordination.

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for someone who can take ownership rather than only coordinate.

The Operations Manager should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, identifying bottlenecks, resolving operational issues, coordinating different departments and ensuring that commitments made to clients are achieved.

Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and reporting skills are essential.

UAE signage/advertising industry experience will be strongly preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
