Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Kalgoorlie operations. This hands-on leadership role will oversee day-to-day yard operations, workforce management, client relationships, safety compliance, and operational performance within a growing mining services business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations, workforce scheduling, fleet management and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Drive safety, compliance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives across the Kalgoorlie operation.

About You

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership position.
• Strong background managing teams within mining, industrial, field service or maintenance environments.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
