Treescape is a leading vegetation management company delivering essential services across the utility, government and commercial sectors. We specialise in powerline vegetation management, arboriculture and green asset maintenance, helping keep communities safe while protecting critical infrastructure.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Central Queensland operations. Based in Rockhampton, this is a senior leadership role responsible for driving safety, operational performance, client outcomes and team development across a diverse portfolio of vegetation management contracts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide leadership and direction across multiple operational teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Lead and support supervisors, crew leaders and operational teams
• Drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes across all worksites
• Manage operational planning, scheduling and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and project delivery
• Ensure compliance with contractual, company and legislative requirements
• Support business growth opportunities and contract development
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the region

About You

You are a confident leader who can motivate teams, solve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role
• Background in utilities, arboriculture, vegetation management, civil construction or a related industry
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Current Australian Driver Licence

Location & Travel

This position is based in Rockhampton and requires regular travel throughout Central Queensland, including Mackay and surrounding operational areas.
