Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations across assigned food service locations, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent product and service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. Leads and develops store teams, monitors operational and financial performance, manages resources and inventory, and works closely with management to implement strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned stores or business units to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.
• Monitor sales, costs, labor productivity, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain consistent product quality, service standards, and customer experience across locations.
• Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, manpower allocation, and employee performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory management, purchasing, stock levels, waste, and product availability.
• Analyze operational reports and business results and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales, productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments, including HR, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to resolve operational concerns.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and the implementation of company initiatives.
• Ensure stores are properly maintained, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Support the opening, improvement, and implementation of operational systems for new and existing locations.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports and performance updates to senior management.
• Perform other management and operational duties as required by the company.
