Operations Manager

Job Summary

Checkers is seeking an organized and motivated Operations Manager to oversee restaurant operations, support the management team, and help maintain efficient service throughout each shift. The position focuses on team leadership, guest satisfaction, staffing, food quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift performance
• Lead, coach, and support restaurant team members
• Monitor customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee training
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and cash-handling procedures
• Work with the General Manager to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to train and motivate team members

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
