Operations Manager

Job Summary

Irby's Tavern is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee restaurant and bar operations in a busy Buckhead environment. This position focuses on team leadership, guest service, staffing, inventory, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
• Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house employees
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply needs
• Review cash-handling and closing procedures
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support busy game days, events, and high-volume service periods
• Work with senior management to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
