What they need
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance & Security
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve complaints
Manage staff, schedules, discipline and performance
Monitor operational costs, inventory and hotel assets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service
Prepare operational reports and support management objectives
Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel operations/management
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments
Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
