Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage the day-to-day operations of all workshops and ensure compliance with SOPs.

·       Drive workshop sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.

·       Monitor gross profit by workshop, product and service, and recommend corrective actions.

·       Improve technician productivity, bay utilisation and vehicle throughput.

·       Ensure excellent customer experience through high service standards and complaint resolution.

·       Maintain workshop quality standards and minimise rework and warranty claims.

·       Oversee inventory, parts availability and stock control with Procurement.

·       Control operational costs including labour, consumables, utilities and overtime.

·       Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

·       Coach, develop and evaluate workshop teams.

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.

·       Support the opening and operational readiness of new workshops.

·       Prepare monthly operational performance presentations for the Country Manager.
