(Department Store/ Mall Operations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead our department store/mall operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Job Description:

▪Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores/department stores within a mall setting

▪Ensure all stores are running efficiently and effectively, meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

▪Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve customer experience and drive sales

▪Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics

▪ Lead and develop a team of store managers and sales staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

▪Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify areas for improvement

▪ Collaborate with other departments (marketing, merchandising, finance) to drive sales and improve customer experience

▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations

▪ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

▪ Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a department store/mall setting

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a team of sales staff and store managers

• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics

• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices

• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
