Operations Manager

Job Summary

Fox Bros Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the daily performance of the restaurant and lead team members across front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position focuses on service quality, staffing, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift performance
• Lead, coach, and support restaurant team members
• Maintain company standards for food quality and guest service
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee development
• Monitor labor, food, and operating costs
• Support inventory, purchasing, and supply management
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Review sales and operational reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and service leadership to improve workflow
• Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or operations experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of food, labor, and cost-control practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with POS, payroll, inventory, and scheduling systems
• Reliable and professional work habits
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
