Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, quality-driven, and cost-effective production.

Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental (1)

Tayud, Liloan, Cebu (1)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities
• Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets
• Lead, manage, and develop operations and production teams
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment utilization, productivity, and operational costs
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse and other departments
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Drive process improvement, waste reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide timely reports and recommendations to Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related courses
• At least 5 years of relevant FMCG operations experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong background in production management, manpower management, quality, safety, productivity, efficiency, and cost control
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable with ERP or other production monitoring systems
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
