Operations Manager

Nature’s Call Site Services – Atlanta, GA

Nature’s Call Site Services is a growing provider of portable sanitation and jobsite services serving contractors, commercial customers, and construction projects throughout the Atlanta market.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta branch. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring our customers receive reliable service, our equipment is ready when needed, our drivers and field personnel perform at a high level, and the operation runs safely and efficiently.

The Operations Manager will work closely with ownership to build the processes, team, and operating discipline necessary to support the continued growth of Nature’s Call.

What You'll Do

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta branch, including drivers, service technicians, yard operations, deliveries, pickups, and service routes.
• Ensure daily routes, deliveries, pickups, and special service requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage and hold accountable drivers, technicians, yard personnel, and other operations staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop operations employees as the branch grows.
• Establish clear performance expectations and address performance issues quickly and professionally.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, urgency, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, DOT requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate equipment availability and ensure portable toilets, trailers, fencing, containers, and other rental assets are clean, functional, and ready for delivery.
• Maintain accurate control of branch inventory and rental assets.
• Oversee yard organization, equipment staging, maintenance, and repair.
• Work with dispatch and drivers to improve route density, reduce unnecessary miles and overtime, and increase field productivity.
• Monitor service quality and quickly resolve missed services, delivery issues, equipment problems, and customer complaints.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure new accounts and projects are mobilized successfully.
• Support ownership in achieving branch revenue, profitability, utilization, labor-efficiency, and customer-service objectives.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures as the company scales.
• Track key operating metrics and provide ownership with regular reporting on branch performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions before they affect customers or growth.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and accountable branch environment.
• Be willing to step in and solve problems when necessary. This is a hands-on operations leadership role, not a desk-only management position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
