Operations Manager

Job Summary

Cilantro Latin Bistro is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and help ensure efficient service, strong team performance, and a consistently positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is an organized hospitality leader who can balance staff management, customer service, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, train, and support front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and shift coverage.
• Monitor guest service, food quality, and overall restaurant performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs.
• Help control labor, food, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Coordinate restaurant, catering, and special-event operations when needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working flexible shifts.
• Spanish/English communication skills are a plus.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
