OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate overall operations and project activities.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and mobilization requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable standards.
• Support manpower planning, competency, training, and certification requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Review operational reports, timesheets, project documentation, and performance.
• Support business development, tendering, and new project opportunities.
• Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve company targets.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Inspection / Engineering services.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of project and manpower management.
• Willing to travel and support project mobilization when required.
