Operations Manager

• Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business operations, design streamlined workflows, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership & Management: Hire, train, and directly manage operational supervisors and staff. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage department operating budgets, monitor operational expenditures, allocate resources efficiently, and deliver accurate cost/performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Project & Workflow Delivery: Oversee multi-departmental initiatives from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently met.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Manage key vendor, supplier, and partner relationships to ensure optimal service delivery, contract compliance, and favorable commercial terms.
• Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with industry regulations, company policies, workplace safety standards, and quality controls.

Pay: Php25,955.76 - Php78,770.28 per month
