Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations supervisor to oversee daily business operations in our residential and commercial cleaning company, ensure efficient management, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational oversight to drive business growth and maintain high standards of service.

Duties

• Oversee daily business operations, including scheduling, and cleaners inquiry
• Expected to work 5 days a week. Some weekends as required.
• Handle customer service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for new staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the virtual assitant to ensure are daily and weekly targets for customers booking are met.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency in negotiation, marketing, and sales management techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills required
• Customer service oriented with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
