Job Summary

Our client, a leading Nigerian spa and wellness brand, is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, service delivery, facilities, staffing, vendors, inventory, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, operations, and closing activities of the spa.
• Ensure treatment rooms, reception, equipment, and facilities are fully operational.
• Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, treatment rooms, and operational resources.
• Monitor daily operations and promptly resolve operational issues.
• Conduct operational briefings and communicate daily priorities to staff.
• Coordinate activities between the clinical/aesthetic team, front desk, management, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and operational supplies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational policies, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records, checklists, logs, and reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in operations or facility management.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare support services, or other service-based environments is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple operational priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
