Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in façade cleaning and building cleaning services to manage daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily façade cleaning operations and site activities.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare and review work schedules, reports, and site documentation.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions when required.
• Conduct site visits and support the team during project execution.
• Monitor manpower and equipment utilization.
• Ensure proper coordination of rope access, cradle, boom lift, and other façade cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in façade cleaning / building cleaning operations.
• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of façade cleaning methods, equipment, and site operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage teams and multiple projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Own car is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE work sites, safety requirements, and client coordination.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
