Operations Manager

OPERATIONS HEAD – WORLD THROUGH LENS World Through Lens is looking for a highly responsible and proactive Operations Head to manage our photography shoots end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: • Take complete ownership of every shoot from booking confirmation to final delivery. • Coordinate clients, photographers, cinematographers, editors and freelancers. • Manage shoot schedules, team allocation, travel, accommodation and logistics. • Handle client communication and resolve issues professionally. • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and unexpected situations. • Coordinate data collection, editing and final delivery. • Ensure every shoot happens smoothly and on time without constant supervision. • Build and manage a reliable network of photographers and cinematographers across different locations. What We Are Looking For: • Excellent communication and team-management skills. • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. • Extremely responsible, accountable and organised. • Great problem-solving skills and a practical “jugaadu” mindset. • Good knowledge of travel, cities, locations and logistics. • Comfortable handling clients and difficult situations. • Proactive, self-driven and capable of working independently. • Experience in photography, weddings, events, travel, production or operations is preferred. Work Mode: • 100% Work From Home. • Flexible working hours. • No fixed 9-to-5 schedule. • Fully online coordination. • Work timings may vary depending on shoots and urgent requirements. Most Important: Once a shoot is assigned to you, you own it. We don't want someone who simply tells us about problems. We want someone who finds solutions and gets things done. The ideal outcome is simple: the shoot happens, the client is happy, the team is managed, the deliverables are on time, and the founders don't have to worry about the execution.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
