Operations Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and drive efficiency across our organization. In this role, you will manage processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align operational goals
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management
• Lead, train, and support operations staff to meet performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an operations or business management role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP or project management tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
