TDG Environmental is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead our Auckland operations. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering safe, profitable and high-quality outcomes across our water, wastewater and stormwater services.

You'll lead a diverse operational workforce, drive continuous improvement, strengthen customer relationships, and play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth plans across New Zealand.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for leading operational performance across Auckland while ensuring safety, service delivery, workforce capability and financial targets are consistently achieved.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational leadership, with responsibility for people, customers, contracts and commercial performance.

• Lead and develop operational teams
• Drive safety, performance and productivity
• Manage budgets, resources and KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in a senior operations management role
• Experience within infrastructure, utilities, civil construction, water, wastewater or related industries
• Strong financial and commercial management capability
• Proven success leading and developing operational teams
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
• Experience delivering operational and strategic business outcomes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
