Company Description Pace Movers & Storage is a Kuwait-based, full-service relocation and logistics company serving residential, commercial, and corporate clients across Kuwait and the GCC since 2020. Operating as Pace Logistics Services Company W.L.L., the company provides end-to-end moving solutions focused on precision, care, and transparency. Services include residential and office moves, self-storage, 3PL warehousing, cleaning and organizing, and assembly and installation support. Pace Movers & Storage also offers specialized options such as a women-led packing service for clients seeking added privacy and comfort. The company is headquartered in Sanam Tower in Kuwait City and supports both individual and business customers with reliable, professional relocation services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will oversee daily moving, packing, transportation, and storage operations.

The Operations Manager will be expected to plan and supervise moving projects from start to finish, allocate manpower and vehicles, resolve operational issues, monitor job progress, and ensure that all services are completed within agreed timelines. The role also involves inspecting job sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, maintaining operational standards, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing field teams, drivers, vehicles, warehouse operations, customer projects, schedules, and service quality. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams, resolve operational issues, monitor job progress, and ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily moving, packing, transportation, and storage operations.
• Coordinate staff, drivers, vehicles, equipment, and job schedules.
• Supervise moving teams and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with customers and handle operational issues.
• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of customer belongings.
• Monitor job quality, timelines, and team performance.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, moving, transportation, or storage.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, including occasional weekends or extended hours.
• Relevant diploma/degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
