Daily Operations: Manage daily security activities, shift schedules, resource deployment, and site inspections

Team Leadership: train, mentor, and evaluate security supervisors and guards

Incident Management: Lead the response to security breaches, emergencies, or alarms, and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services

Risk & Compliance: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards (such as SIRA guidelines if operating in the UAE)

Technology Oversight: Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV networks, and fire/life safety alarms

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear reports for executive leadership and resolve client or tenant security concerns

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Certifications: Local security licenses (e.g., SIRA in Dubai), First Aid/CPR, or professional credentials like CPP or PSP are preferred.
• Skills: Strong crisis management, problem-solving, team motivation, and proficiency with security management software

Pay: AED0.63 - AED2.00 per month
