OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Home Salon Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the home salon team.
• Manage and supervise technicians and beauty staff.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
• Ensure consistent service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team to improve performance.
• Handle operational issues and staff concerns and ensure effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the Reception Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure staff are fully prepared with the required tools, products, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements with management.
• Follow up on escalated customer complaints and service issues.
• Prepare operational and staff performance reports.
• Identify operational problems and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Operations Management, preferably in Home Salon, Beauty, Hospitality, or a Service Industry.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on personality with the ability to manage a team and daily operational challenges.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
