Reports to: Location President/Operations

Supervises: Location Employees

Summary:

Accountable for day to day operations of the location. Maintains communication between staff and Location President. Oversees the efficient operation of the location to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, customer service, security and satisfaction to staff and customers.
Job Requirements:

• Must have Teller, New Accounts, and Proof training
• Must be willing/able to fill any position in that location
• Must have a broad knowledge of banking and banking operations
• Must be current on all deposit, business and consumer loan products
• Ensures all staff exhibits excellent customer service skills at all times
• Ability to motivate staff
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner
• Ability to manage multi-functional tasks
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Must complete management training

Approves/disapproves time-off requests

Makes corrections to timesheets as needed

• Teller and Personal Banker duties as needed
• Communication between Management and Staff
• Coordinate with HR regarding all disciplinary actions and notices
• Maintenance of Safe Deposit Boxes and SDB Log
• Location readiness for business day
• Adequate Cash
• Adequate Staff
• Adequate Location Supplies
• Reports building/facility concerns
• Ensures all employees follow approved policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
