National Institute of Education and Development (NIED) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – Skill Development to oversee the effective implementation and smooth functioning of skill development programmes.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline
Experience: 4–7 years in skill development, project operations, programme management, NGO, CSR or training operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple skill development centres and projects
• Coordinate with Centre In-Charges, trainers, mobilisers and project teams
• Monitor enrolment, mobilisation, training, attendance, assessments and completion
• Track centre-wise performance and programme progress
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets and milestones
• Review MIS, reports and centre documentation
• Monitor training quality and operational compliance
• Conduct regular centre visits and identify operational gaps
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners and project stakeholders
• Support batch planning, mobilisation strategies and placement activities
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per project requirements
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress and challenges
• Take corrective actions to improve overall centre and project performance

Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, centres and project activities effectively.
