Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory, logistics, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and logistics activities
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Lead, supervise, and develop operations and warehouse teams
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, costs, quality, and service levels
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide performance updates to management
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, delivery, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
• Manage schedules, resources, and staffing requirements to meet business needs
• For flower operations, ensure proper handling, storage, quality control, and minimization of product wastage

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations and/or warehouse management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Warehouse or flower/floral industry experience is a plus
• Experience monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and tracking performance against targets
• Proven ability to manage teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
