OPERATIONS MANAGER (AFFILIATES BUSINESS)

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring food safety compliance, service quality, managing retail inventory, financial performance, and driving team performance and leadership across all locations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-today operations and ensure the following:

  • Operational Excellence & Quality Control
  • Financial Performance & Cost Management
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Inventory Audits
  • Compliance, Health, & Safety
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Retail and Inventory Management
  • Client Experience and Quality Service Standards

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Education & Experience:

o   Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.

o   Experience: 3 to 5 years in senior restaurant or food service leadership roles.

o   Scale: Proven history of running multi-unit or large-scale, multi-shift kitchen and dining operations.

Skills and Knowledge:

o   Budget creation, P&L analysis, and cost control for labor and food waste.

o   Safety & Compliance: Deep knowledge of local health codes, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

o   Technical Literacy: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.

o   Leadership: Strong team building, conflict resolution, and staff development abilities.
