Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in program management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership
- Proven experience in scaling operations within wellness, fitness, spa & hospitality, or corporate wellness organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) and CRM
- Own P&L performance and lead high-performing teams
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution across departments
- Align stakeholders and ensure operational excellence across the organization
