Lead More Than Operations—Drive Business Excellence

• Lead and manage end-to-end UK accounting operations across Bookkeeping, Payroll, VAT, Management Accounts, and Compliance .
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage team performance, productivity, and service delivery standards.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage client escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, HMRC regulations, and internal controls .
• Collaborate with senior leadership on process optimization and business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in UK Accounting Operations or Finance Leadership .
• Strong understanding of UK accounting, VAT, Payroll, and Compliance .
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel .
• Experience managing client-facing accounting operations is preferred.
