Here are the details:

• Starting pay range: $100K - $110K a year.
• Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Some weekend availability is required.

What Will You Do:

• Assist with day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendors
• Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.
• This Position will supervise drivers and dispatchers
• Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers
• Always put safety first

Job Requirements:
What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:

• 2 years supervisory experience required with strong leadership and decision-making skills, including proven expertise in successfully coaching and mentoring employees.
• 5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on time and within budget
• Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• CDL A License with tanker & hazmat endorsements
• 2 years of management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
• Knowledge of Hampel Oil’s business and customer base
