Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive process efficiency, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong people manager who thrives on building structure, solving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the team/department, ensuring targets, SLAs, and KPIs are met
• Manage, coach, and develop team leads/supervisors and frontline staff
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Handle escalations, resource planning, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local labor regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Training, Quality, IT) to support operational goals
• Drive initiatives for cost efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up plans for new hires or new lines of business

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role
• Direct experience in a BPO or startup/early-stage business environment
• Proven track record managing teams and meeting performance targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance dashboards
• Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City
• Open to shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
