Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational activities of the company. The role ensures that operational processes, resources, and performance across the organization align with the company's strategic goals, policies, and profitability objectives. The Operations Manager works closely with department heads and subsidiary managers to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily operations
• Ensure operational activities are aligned with corporate objectives and policies
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective actions
• Review existing workflows and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
• Standardize operational policies and best practices across the group of companies
• Lead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and cost efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and presentations for senior management
• Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-company or holdings environment
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience in process improvement, budgeting, and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
