Operations Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound deliveries.
• Ensure operations meet contractual KPIs and SLAs (productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and service quality).
• Implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with Inland Corporation standards.
• Serve as the primary operations contact for contract logistics clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and address operational concerns or escalations.
• Support contract renewals, expansions, and new logistics solutions in coordination with Sales and Business Development.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manpower planning, and training programs.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Enforce health, safety, security, and compliance standards (company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations).
• Manage audits (internal, client, and regulatory) and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor operational costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and improvement plans for management.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Drive process optimization and productivity improvements.
• Ensure effective use of WMS, ERP, or logistics systems and data accuracy.
• Participate in system enhancements, implementations, or rollouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a 3PL or logistics company.
• Proven experience managing client-based logistics contracts and SLAs.

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution.
• Analytical and results-driven with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with WMS/ERP is an advantage.

Preferred

• Background in multi-site or high-volume operations.
• Experience handling ISO, safety standards, or client audits.
