About the role

We are looking for a Mall Operations Supervisor to take charge of multiple malls, ensuring every day is a seamless experience for tenants, customers, and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple malls
• Ensure seamless experience for tenants, customers, and staff
• Motivate and lead a team
• Handle tenant and customer needs
• Prioritize and execute tasks across multiple malls

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 5 years in mall operations, retail management, or facilities
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Natural leader with ability to motivate a team and solve problems with confidence
• Customer-centric with ability to handle tenant and customer needs
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize and execute tasks with precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with mall management software
• Willing to be based in Casa Anselmo, Malolos with comfort for fieldwork across multiple community malls
• Travel and flexibility are key
